My stepmother caught me having sex with our neighbor and threatened me

My stepmother is a slightly rigid woman who usually doesn’t accept bad behavior within her house. Despite the fact that she is not my real mother, I love her a lot and understand her. Since she has told me many times that she only thinks about my well-being and doesn’t want me to end up with a life off track. That’s why I froze and was scared when she caught me kissing my neighbor sexually in our house. She began talking to me, and when she did, I felt so good that I accepted everything she asked for. She gave me love and sex advice by asking me to put myself in four. In that moment, she spanked my buttocks as a punishment and made me feel really good. Then quickly, she took off my pants and penetrated my rich vagina with a long glass dildo over and over again while I imagined how strange the whole situation was.
